Incident Report 04022613 <br />Ramsey County Sheriffs Department Printed: 08/23/04 01:54 PM <br />Narrative <br />1 On Saturday, August 21, 2004, at 5:40 PM, female 19 year old buyer LJR entered <br />2 <br />Tierney's Liquor and purchased a six pack of Bacardi Silver "0" for $7.95 <br />3 <br />without showing any ID. The male clerk asked LJR for ID and she said she didn't <br />4 have it with her. The clerk saw her arrive with Deputy Tom Johnson in a green <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16.1 <br />Chevy S -10 and asked LJR if she was with him while pointing to Johnson in the <br />parking lot. LJR said she was and the clerk completed the sale. <br />Deputy Johnson entered the business with the Bacardi and the change from the <br />transaction. Deputy Johnson identified himself with badge and ID while telling <br />the clerk that LJR was a 19 year old buyer assisting him on compliance checks. <br />The clerk verbally ID'd himself as Richard Boss and said he was actually a part <br />owner as his mother, Joann Boss, owned the business. Deputy Johnson explained <br />the formal complaint process and informed Mr Boss and the other employees that <br />the compliance checks would continue. <br />17 A photocopy of a Polaroid of 19 year old buyer LJR is attached to this report. <br />18 <br />19 Report forwarded to the Little Canada City Attorney for Gross Misdemeanor <br />20 <br />charges. <br />Reporting Officer: Deputy K.
