• Sale of Twin Lake land is projected for 2006 at $2.50 a square foot, $504,000 in total. <br />• A donation of $96,625 has been estimated as the Fire Department charitable gambling <br />organizations contribution towards the new pumper truck scheduled for replacement in <br />2006. The charity has not yet committed to any specific figure. <br />• No administrative fees in 2006, due to no road construction projects planned for that year. <br />• We no longer receive payments from Montreal Courts and The Provinces due to the <br />elimination of the 4D class rate. <br />Expense: <br />Administration - <br />1. City wiring for generator has moved forward from 2004 to 2005. <br />2. A cost of $15,000 was added to the 2005 budget for a community survey. The last <br />survey was done in 1995. <br />3. The 2005 cost for computers of $5,250 is being reflected as expended in 2004. A current <br />upgrade to accounting software is accelerating this purchase by a few months. <br />Fire Department- <br />1. SCBA masks were purchased in 2004 at a net cost of 3109,685. In 2005 Fire Department <br />will be sending personnel for training at a cost of $3,000. <br />2. Tuck - pointing of the motar at the fire station was determined to be necessary and the cost <br />is estimated at $4,000 in 2004. <br />3. As you can see from the attached e -mail the fire station roof is anticipated to be replaced <br />in 2005 at a total cost of $125,000. <br />4. The Fire Department, Emergency Management and the Sheriff's Department will be <br />purchasing 800 mgz radios in 2005. The County is supplementing approximately 50% of <br />the purchase price of these radios. The City's costs are below: <br />• Fire Department $36,460 <br />• Emergency Management $11,253 <br />• Sheriff's Department $10,000 <br />Old Fire Hall - <br />1. The 2005 retaining wall replacement is carried over from 2004. <br />2.
