• Sale of Twin Lake land is projected for 2006 at $2.50 a square foot, $504,000 in total. • A donation of $96,625 has been estimated as the Fire Department charitable gambling organizations contribution towards the new pumper truck scheduled for replacement in 2006. The charity has not yet committed to any specific figure. • No administrative fees in 2006, due to no road construction projects planned for that year. • We no longer receive payments from Montreal Courts and The Provinces due to the elimination of the 4D class rate. Expense: Administration - 1. City wiring for generator has moved forward from 2004 to 2005. 2. A cost of $15,000 was added to the 2005 budget for a community survey. The last survey was done in 1995. 3. The 2005 cost for computers of $5,250 is being reflected as expended in 2004. A current upgrade to accounting software is accelerating this purchase by a few months. Fire Department- 1. SCBA masks were purchased in 2004 at a net cost of 3109,685. In 2005 Fire Department will be sending personnel for training at a cost of $3,000. 2. Tuck - pointing of the motar at the fire station was determined to be necessary and the cost is estimated at $4,000 in 2004. 3. As you can see from the attached e -mail the fire station roof is anticipated to be replaced in 2005 at a total cost of $125,000. 4. The Fire Department, Emergency Management and the Sheriff's Department will be purchasing 800 mgz radios in 2005. The County is supplementing approximately 50% of the purchase price of these radios. The City's costs are below: • Fire Department $36,460 • Emergency Management $11,253 • Sheriff's Department $10,000 Old Fire Hall - 1.
