Fahey
COUNCIL
Jim LaValle
Matt Anderson
Rick Montour
Bill Blesener
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
Precision Tree is making application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the outdoor storage and
accessory structure related to their wood burning heat source for the November planning cycle. As a
part of this application, Precision Tree is taking steps to address concerns that have been raised
relative to the wood burner in previous discussions with the Council.
Section 921.O10.N. states that whenever a CUP has been denied by the Council, a similar application
shall not be considered for at least six months. However, given that the Council will be reviewing
outdoor storage compliance issues related to the Precision Tree property, and it is likely that the wood
burner will come up again at that time, staff is recommending a waiver of the six month limitation.
This would allow for both issues to be fully reviewed by the City Council on November 24°i.
1
