Staff has reviewed the above documents and recommends approval subject to the following: <br />1. Review and approval by City Attorney <br />2. The City of Little Canada retains the right to stockpile soils, construction debris, and <br />construction equipment on the permanent easements within the fenced area (yard). <br />3. MCES to install a 6' high chain -link contractors fence along the easement boundaries to <br />protect City of Little Canada property prior to removal of City fencing. <br />4. MCES shall restore all high chain -link and wooden fence and posts removed as part of <br />this project upon completion of construction and prior to removal of the contractor fence <br />where possible to provide security for the City's property. <br />5. MCES shall restore to original type and thickness, all damaged or removed asphalt and <br />supporting base material as a result of this project. <br />6. MCES shall restore all damaged or removed lawn as part of this project. <br />7. MCES and /or its contractor, shall store all equipment or materials only within the <br />contractors fenced area. No equipment or materials shall be stored City of Little Canada <br />right -of -way. <br />8.
