OLD FIRE HALL <br />440 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />The following rules and regulations have been implemented by the City of Little Canada <br />in association with rentals of the lower level of the Old Fire Hall. <br />APPLICATION PROCESS <br />Re,ervation inquiries may be made by telephone r in person at the Little Canada City <br />Center. A reservation of the Old Fire Hall will be made only after a completed facility <br />permit application four, rental fee, and security /damage /cleaning deposit are received at <br />the City Center. Reservations are continued only after applicant receives written <br />approval from the City. <br />RENTAL FEES AND SECURITY /DAMAGE /CLEANING DEPOSIT <br />The rental fees for the lower level of the Old Fire Hall are as follows: <br />Fri., Sat., Sun. <br />Number of Hours Mon. thru Thurs. and Holidays <br />Up to 3 hour., $75 $75 <br />Over 3 h urs to 6 h urs $100 $125 <br />Over 6 hours to 12 h urs 8125 $150 <br />Over 12 hours to 11 h urs 8150 $165 <br />Up to 4 hours $ 75 $ 75 <br />Over 4 hours $125 $150 <br />Rental hours shall begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and conclude no later than 2:00 <br />a.m. vour event must conclude no later than 12 o'clock midnight. A small <br />clean -up group will be allowed up to one an additional hour for the sole <br />purpose of cleaning the premises. <br />A security /damage /cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required, separate from the rental fee. <br />This fee is refundable only if all rental rules and regulations are followed and subject to <br />an inspection of the premises. This fee shall be returned within one (1) week of the event <br />if no deductions are necessary. This fee is due along with the rental fee. A $25.00 <br />minimum cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit if the rental area is not <br />cleaned to contract terms. <br />The City shall accept no application for use without payment of the rental fee and <br />security deposit. <br />CANCELLATION <br />a. By Renter: <br />Renter may cancel this facility penult agreement by giving written notice to the City. If <br />notice is received by the City sixty (60) or more days prior to the date of use, all fees paid <br />to the City shall be refunded to the renter. If notice is received by the City less than sixty <br />(60) days before the (late of use, the City shall retain a $25 application fee. <br />3 -7 <br />
