Hanson I have reviewed the attached 2003 Sidewalk Improvements Pay Estimate No. 2 (FINAL) for O'Malley Construction, Inc. This is the final pay estimate and adjusts all quantities based on the work performed on Market Place Drive Sidewalk, Jackson Street Sidewalk, and the Desoto Street Sidewalk. The City Engineer has inspected the work performed by O'Malley Construction, Inc. and concurs with the final contract quantities. In addition the City Engineer finds all work to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
