The <br />possible sites are identified on the attached drawing. The listing of sites as well as the pros & cons of each are as <br />follows: <br />Site A: Southerly Portion of Former Frattalone Site (now occupied by Quality Restoration) located <br />NE corner of Spruce & Owasso. <br />County ENIV = $ ? ? ? ?? Size = Approximately 2.0 acres <br />Pros: Centrally located. <br />Very accessible. <br />Not occupied with a building. <br />Cons: May not be available as new owner is storing equipment on it. <br />Zoned I -P, which limits outdoor storage. <br />Screening of outdoor storage could be expensive. <br />May need some soil corrections. <br />Site could be a little tight for our use. <br />Site B: Schrier Property Located at NW corner of Spruce and Owasso. <br />County EMV = $251,500 Size = 3.10 acres <br />Pros: Centrally located. <br />Very accessible. <br />Not occupied with a building. <br />Cons: Owner has been unwilling to sell in the past. <br />Zoned I -P, which limits outdoor storage. <br />Screening of outdoor storage could be expensive. <br />May need some soil corrections, <br />Larger site than we need. <br />
