.^i: SEP -24 -2002 11.32 LEAGUE OF MN CITIES <br />P.02 /02 <br />Section 9 -219. Pipeline Location <br />At the time of application for a building permit, site plan review or <br />preliminary plat, the applicant shall provide a scaled site plan that <br />shows the location of any pipeline within 100 feet of their site. This <br />location must be based upon field data, provided by a registered land <br />surveyor, using government survey monuments. The elevation of the pipe - <br />line shall be shown in the site plan and on a grading plan, when such plan <br />is required to be submitted. <br />Sec. 9 -220: Lot of Record <br />A proposed building on an undeveloped lot of record that cannot be con- <br />structed because of this article, shall be allowed to be constructed if <br />the building is located so as to comply with this article as closely as <br />possible. The City may require an oil containment system, to be approved <br />by the City Engineer. An existing lot of record in an existing residential <br />area is exempted from this ordinance. <br />Secs. 9 -221 - 9 -230. Reserved <br />Section 2. Section 30 -8 of the subdivision code is amended by adding Subsection <br />12 as follows: <br />(12) Pipelines. The City may require additional lot width or depth to <br />provide enough buildable area to meet the pipeline setback ordinance in <br />Article XI of Chapter 9. Wherever practical, subdivisions shall be de- <br />signed with any existing pipeline along rear lot lines. <br />Section 3.
