10/07/02 09:02 '612 633 5464 <br />t4'PL NRO 0004/001 <br />The landscape drawing indicates "Northwood Maple ", "I-tackberry ", "Prairiefire Crabapple ", "Snowdrift Crabapple" <br />and "Glenleven Linden" trees to be planted on the pipeline right -of -way on the south side of the Preserve Court road and <br />each side of Preserve Trail road within our right of way. All are greater than 3' at maturity and are not acceptable on our <br />right of way. <br />Finally, it should be stated that any facilities including, but not limit to, roadways, curbs, drives, sidewalks, fences, <br />landscape and landscape irrigation system installed within the pipeline right of way that may be damaged by the <br />Company in the performance of normal or required maintenance shall he repaired by and at the expense of the <br />landowner(s) or tenants. <br />Please advise Dayspring Development to contact our Coordinator of Maintenance a minimum of 2 weeks prior to work <br />commencing on our right of way in order to allow the proper Williams field supervision to be on site.
