2. Notice of Hearing Riling of Purchase Agreement and Development Agreement . The Executive Director of the Authority is hereby authorized to cause the notice of the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be published once not Less than 10 nor more than 20 days prior to the hearing. The Executive Director is hereby directed to place a copy of the proposed Purchase Agreement and Development Agreement between the Authority and the Developer on file in the Executive Director's Office at City Hall and to make such copies available for inspection by the public. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the foliowing voted against the same: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1461707v1 2
