Deb
Haselman in the Department of the Ramsey County Property Records and Revenue will need to
receive a copy of the signed resolution waiving the special assessments before December 31, 2002.
If the special assessments are not removed before the end of the year, they will go delinquent making
them very difficult to remove from the County's records at a later date without payment.
Your assistance in getting a request for a waiver of the special assessments before the board this
month is greatly appreciated. I look forward to receiving your fax. Please feel free to contact me if
you have any questions.
Sitcerelyr
Ann M.
