• Morrison Street will be held over until 2005 and we will attempt to combine it with Rose Lane. (Of those present, three properties favored going now and two wanted to wait. Consensus ended up with waiting and combining with Rose Lane.) • Savage Lane is recommended to proceed as a 2003 improvement. (See minutes attached.) • Savage Lane is recommended to proceed as a 2003 improvement given the other portion of this street will proceed. • Twin Lake Area neighborhood meeting is being held on Tuesday night. It will deal with the road issue and water from Vadnais Heights. Staff will verbally report on this project at Wednesday's meeting. As a result, the attached resolutions calling for the preparation of feasibility reports should be adopted for the projects to be considered in 2003 (Thunder Bay Road, Savage Lane — 2 projects, and possibly Twin Lake.) The engineer should also update the reports for Market Place Drive, Stark Street, and Sextant that were approved for 2002 construction but then cancelled due to the poor bidding market. (Resolutions doing so are attached.) These reports will be ready for our meeting of December 17th, at which time we should call for improvement hearings on the projects slated to move forward.
