Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION At0. 2002 -7 -4 - ADOPTING A MODIFICATION TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA NO. I, APPROVING THE REDUCTION IN SIZE 0F' EXISTING T -1 X INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 -2 THEREIN AND ADOPTING THE MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN, AND EST.ARLISFIING THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PI, 9N FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 -3 WITHIN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA NO. 1 AND ADOPTING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN THEREFOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Resolution declared adopted. 2001 AUDIT The City Administrator reported that the City Auditor could not be present REPORT at this evening's meeting. Therefore, presentation of the 2001 Audit report will be delayed until the August 14`x' Council meeting. CARL S'Ir. Carl Johnson, Drywall Supply, appeared before the Council wishing JOEINSON, to discuss the issue of outdoor storage on his property at 3203 Country DRYWALL Drive, the former Knox site. Johnson reported that he currently has some SUPPLY steel studs stored outdoors at the back of the property as well as has storage within a three -sided storage building that exists on the site.
