Hanson <br />The attached 24"' Rider Agreement will allow us to reconstruct our sanitary sewer main across the St. <br />Paul Water Depaitments right -of -way adjacent to Sextant Avenue, just east of McMenemy Street. By <br />doing so, we will be able to construct our new main with minimal disturbance to the existing street <br />between McMenemy and Arkwright. (The main will be located just north of the existing street.) This <br />will result in less inconvenience to the residents in this neighborhood. <br />As you know, we delayed construction of this improvement until 2003. However, I would recommend <br />approval of the 24th Rider as presented, subject to any comments of the City Attorney. <br />cc: Lee Elfering, Howard R. Green <br />1 <br />
