Fahey suggested that the Council may want to put some limitation on the number of units that can be stored on the property to ensure that the business does not become a large scale storage operation. Anderson requested information relative to the square footage of the storage area as well as square footage used on a per unit basis. Anderson stated that he wanted to be able to see how much of the total square footage of the outdoor storage area that 75 boats would take up, as an example. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO 2002 -6 -148 — TABLING ACTION ON THE REQUEST FOR REZONING OF 3180 COUNTRY DRIVE PENDING RECEIPT OF A REVISED SITE PLAN AND A SCREENING PLAN FOR THE OUTDOOR STORAGE AREA BEING PROPOSED BY GLENN KLOSKIN The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. AMEND Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider amending the Zoning ZONING Code to add the definitions for Office-Warehouse and Office-Showroom CODE — to the definitions section of the Code. The Planning Commission ADD recommended approval of the Zoning Code Amendment. DEFINITIONS OF OFFICE- There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on WAREHOUSE this matter. AND OFFICE - SHOWROOM Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO. 534 —AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 902.A. OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, I3Y PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS OF TERMS The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle.
