CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION VACATING ACCESS EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of I.,ittle Canada has determined to vacate the following access <br />easement: <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />A strip of land 50.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as <br />commencing at the intersection of the south line of the north 195.63 feet of <br />said Southwest Quarter of Section 6, with the west line of the Northeast <br />Quarter of said Southwest Quarter of Section 6; thence on an assumed <br />bearing of North 89 degrees 58 minutes 55 seconds East, along said south <br />line of the north 195.63 feet of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 35.00 <br />feet; thence South 1 degree 04 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 2.22 <br />feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence <br />North I degree 04 minutes 35 seconds; West a distance of 20.00 feet; <br />thence North 36 degrees 26 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 145.00 <br />feet and said centerline there terminating. <br />Which lies easterly and northeasterly of the easterly and northeasterly right of <br />way line of Market Drive, also known as Market Place Drive, as dedicated in the <br />plat of MARKET PLACE. <br />
