We are requesting General Concept Stage and <br />Development Stage approval for the proposed mixed —use senior housing and retail development <br />consisting of 79 senior rental apartment units and approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of retail space on <br />proposed Lot 1. We are also requesting General Concept Stage approval for the proposed 51 -for <br />sale townhome units on proposed Lot 2. <br />The proposed mixed —use senior apartment building provides 79 units and has been designed for <br />independent living. Underground parking and surface lot parking will be available at a rate of <br />1.2 parking spaces for each unit.
