• Attempt to have Market Place and Sherman Associates create a joint development <br />plan for the north six acres. (May be viable if parties can work together.) <br />• Purchase the available Market Place property as suggested by the owners. <br />• Let Market Place develop site in accordance with PUD and Architectural <br />Guidelines. (It will be challenging to the develop this site on its own due to <br />limited width versus depth.) <br />• Take back property with no set development concept to gain control of site. <br />(Requires expenditure of funds with no plan for recover of dollars plus added <br />costs of Market Place Drive assessments. <br />My recommendation would be to have a general discussion of these options of any others the <br />Council may feel are appropriate, but to reserve a final decision pending the report from Mark <br />Ruff and a status report from George Sherman. <br />cc: Mark Ruff, Ehlers & Associates <br />
