MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Nov. 28, 1924 <br />Poo1si_de <br />(Cont.) <br />Otterlcill. <br />Plastering <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 8 <br />Mr. Forsberg did not feel that the present Council was agreeable to <br />these buildings remaining. However, a new Council will he taking; <br />office shortly. <br />Nir. Fahey commented that the two existing buildings might not meet <br />setback requirements if the property were divided. <br />Scalze stated that she was not interested in a PUD on this property. <br />Mr. Crum stated that they just wanted to explore reasonable alternatives. <br />. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-11-536 — APPROVING THE SITE <br />PLAN FOR TIME PROPOSED NEW POOL SIDE FACILITY <br />SUBJECT TO THE PLANNER'S RECOMMENDATIONS <br />CONTAINED IN HIS NOVEMBER 1, 1984 REPORT wI H <br />THE UNDERSTANDING THAT TILE REMOVAL OF THE TWO <br />EXISTING IIIIILDINTCS, THE SALES OFFICE AND STORAGE <br />GARAGE, BE ACCOMPLISHED WITIHIN 90 DAYS FROM <br />ISSUANCE OF AN OCCUPANCY PERNIIT ON THE NEW FACILITY <br />AND FJITH THE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT TEAT A BOND IN <br />AN AMOUNT DETERMINED SUITABLE BY THE. BUILDING <br />OFFICIAL BE POSTED 502 THE REMOVAL OF TUESE TWO <br />BUILDINGS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Forsberg, Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Hayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 565. <br />The Planner commented that the bond would be required at the time <br />the building permit i.s issued to Poolside. <br />hlr. Fahey stated that if Pooiside decides to destroy the buildings, <br />the Fire Department might be interested in practicing on it. <br />Mr. Fahey asked if Otterl,ci.il Plastering was in favor of combining <br />the two buildings as proposed by the Planner. Fahey stated that <br />he was not in favor of a PUD on this property. <br />Mr. Richard Crum, an architect representing Otterkil.l Plastering, <br />stated that they were in agreement with the recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission. <br />The Planner explained to the Council the curb cuts that he is proposing <br />for this site. One curb cut would be 2.4 feet wide and the other 30 <br />feet on either end of the site. <br />Page —9— <br />
