MDUMIS <br />City Council <br />Sept. 94, l=)95 <br />2001 side <br />In J- <br />ant— <br />Anderson further reported that he will be moving his chlorine tanks, <br />and when this is done, semis 'All deliver chlorine from County Poad <br />C. There ',Jill be very few semis delivering from Jackson. <br />Scal ze asked when the old buildings would come down. <br />Anderson reported that they just began moving irrto the ne4 buildinc, <br />and the City gave him 90 days to move into the new building befere <br />the old buildings had to be removed. Anderson stated that he hoped <br />they would be removed in 30 days. <br />Scal ze stated that if she were a neighbor, she would he offended by <br />Poolsida's dumoster location. <br />Anderson replied that the location is temporary and also he will be <br />etting a larger durnpster. <br />Anderson also reported that when they presented their development <br />plans, the access to Jackson was show on the plans which the <br />Council approved. <br />Collova supgested that Pool side arrange to have their garbage <br />picked up during normal business hours as the early mornino <br />pickup they presently have is offensive to the neighbors. <br />Anderson agreed to this suggestion. <br />Anderson stated that they are trying to do business off of County <br />Road C rather than Jackson. <br />A property owner on Jackson asked what will happen to the area <br />where the old buildings are presently located_ <br />Anderson replied that this area will be sodded and left open. <br />Property owners were. concerned about screening to the Jackson <br />Street homes. <br />flardini described the proposed landscaping from the development <br />plans. Anderson stated that existing trees would remain. <br />Anderson also pointed out that the past year has been a had one <br />due to construction. <br />The property owners questioned whether or not the chemical tank <br />would be screened. <br />Ailderson reported that they are willing to paint the tank if the <br />neighbors desire. <br />Fahey pointed out that the Jackson Street property is zoned comgercial, <br />Pane -9- <br />
