Many of the <br />concerns of the neighbors were caused by the construction process. <br />"•1 esen:er reported that the biggest problem arose when the new <br />site was being blacktooped. <br />One of the property o4iners had a concern about a van that parked <br />ri qht across from her driveway that makes it very difficult for <br />her to get out of the driveway. <br />Anderson stated that he would alleviate this problem. <br />A property owner was concerned that Pool side has access to a <br />dead -end street such as Jackson. <br />Fahey pointed out that when Poolside accesses Jackson, they no <br />towards the thoroughfare and not the dead -end. .. <br />The property owner was concerned that the City approved access of <br />Poolside to a 3-ton street. <br />Scalze stated that the alternative would be to improve the road <br />to a 9-ton road, and the property owners would be assessed for <br />this improvement. <br />Sahey again pointed out that the area is a commercial one and <br />Poolside has the right to Use Jackson within the law. Fahey <br />suggested that before any action is taken, the City should wait <br />and see how the business develops once Pool side is in its new <br />building. <br />$cal ze suggested that the City could post Jackson a 3 -ton street. <br />Anderson expressed concern because when the Council approved <br />Poolside's plans, the plans showed access to Jackson. Andersen <br />pointed out that Poolside has used Jackson for the past 15 years. <br />"!nderson also pointed out that their chen i cal tank will ho moved, <br />and semis will make deliveries to this tank from County Road C. <br />Fahey pointed out that the Council has a transcript of the tape <br />of the Council meeting at which Poolside!s plans were approved, <br />
