Fahey reported that a question has arisen with regard to <br />the temporary addition that was made to the A 4 building on <br />Rice Street and the necessity for frost footings under this <br />addition due to the possible sale of the 'building. <br />The City Engineer stated that he would like to review this natter <br />before commenting on it. <br />nac!e -11- <br />
