MINUTES <br />ARCHITEC- <br />TURAL <br />REVIEW — <br />POOLSIDE <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 14, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14th day of <br />August, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL.: Mayor Mr Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr, Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Nlatt Anderson <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member Nls. Beverly Scalze <br />City .Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Nlr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr, Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-8-187— APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 24, 2002 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE JULY <br />2,1, 2002 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING ASSUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Montour, LaValle, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the continuation of Public Hearing to consider <br />Architectural Review for the addition to the Poolside building located at <br />121 E. County Road C This matter had been tabled at the last Council <br />meeting pending additional information on Poolside access issues. The <br />Council reviewed the recommendations made by the City Administrator in <br />his report dated August 9'h <br />
