If the City adopts the amendment, the applicant would be eligible for a Conditional Use <br />Permit, based on the requirements of the zoning ordinance. The City would be asked to <br />waive the sections proposed in the amendment, namely, size of principal building, size <br />of display area, separation from residential land, and number of permits in force.
