The subject use is a conditional use within a Planned Unit Development. <br />To preclude any possible misunderstanding by the State of Minnesota relative to the Application, <br />I assume that the Conditional Use Permit, if issued by the City, would have specific conditions <br />relating to restrictions of the proposed use as an "office only" use, with no indoor or outdoor <br />display of vehicles allowed. <br />Therefore, I would recommend that these restrictions be indicated on the second side of <br />the Application, with a specific reference to the Conditional Use Permit, described by a number <br />or a date. I would also recommend that the Conditional Use Permit be attached to the <br />Application and that the Application contain the additional language that the Conditional Use <br />Permit is "attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference ". After including the specific <br />language on the Application, it would be appropriate for the Zoning Administrator to sign the <br />Application where indicated on the second side of the Application. <br />
