MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 30, 2008 <br />WATER WORKS The City Administrator reviewed the City Engineer's report dated <br />TRAIL STORM January 24, 2008 relative to the storm sewer repair needed on the pipe <br />SEWER crossing the St. Paul Water Works property near 153 Little Canada Road. <br />The Engineer noted in his report that nearly all the drainage conveyed by <br />this pipe comes from the apartment complex at 153 Little Canada Road, <br />therefore, is proposing that the repair work be assessed to the complex. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2008-1-29 -ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT AND CALLING AN IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR ST. <br />PAUL WATER WORKS TRAIL STORM SEWER REPAIR FOR <br />WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY20, 2008 AT 7:15 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEMPORARY Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />LIQUOR <br />LICENSE- RESOLUTION N0.2008-1-30-APPROVINGATEMPORARY <br />ST. JOHN'S LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE ST. JOHN'S SCHOOL SILENT <br />SILENT AUCTIONAND DINNER TO BEHELD ON FRIDAY, APRIL 25, <br />AUCTION & 2008 <br />DINNER <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MN/DOT The City Administrator reviewed the Public Works Superintendent's <br />INVOICE report dated January 29, 2008 relative to an invoice the City received <br />UNWEAVE from MN DOT for additional water main, storm sewer, and sanitary <br />THE sewer improvements for the Edgerton and County Road D portion of <br />WEAVE the improvement. These were improvements requested by the City <br /> beyond the initial scope of the Unweave The Weave project. <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1-31-AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF <br />$31,190.67 TO MN DOT FOR CITYREQUESTED WATER MAIN, <br />STORM SEWER, AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT <br />WERE INCL UDED IN THE UNWEAVE THE WEAVE PROJECT <br />16 <br />
