Grootwassink <br />Robert E. Grootwassink <br />We are providing you with this letter to inform you of the ongoing process for the above - <br />stated lot. Market Place Development LLC has contracted with Mr. Dave Torgersen of <br />Carley - Torgerson Land Surveyors to coordinate with Mr. Steve Gritman, City Planner, <br />for the subdivision of Lot 1, Block 2, Market Place, into two separate lots, vacating First <br />Bank Drive from Middle Street to Market Place Drive, and moving the storm sewer <br />Easement if that is determined appropriate. <br />Once Mr, Torgersen has completed the preliminary layouts, our company will contract <br />with an MAI appraiser to appraise Lot 2, Block 1, Market Place, to determine the value <br />of the lot so that our company can make arrangements to donate this lot to the City of <br />Little Canada. The City of little Canada can then use this lot for the new drainage pond <br />as part of the redevelopment of Market Place Drive next summer. <br />We believe that with the cooperation of Market Place Development LLC, City of Little <br />Canada, the city staff, and Carley - Torgersen, we can get this accomplished in the very <br />near future. <br />Please let me know if this is your goal and understanding, or if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Mark A.
