Hanson <br />We hope to complete the development agreements with Sherman Associates for the Senior Project <br />and Townhome components in time for Wednesday's meeting. (There will be a separate agreement <br />for each component.) Drafts are still being finalized at the writing of this memo. If we cannot get <br />this agreement in final form by Wednesday, we will need to call for a special meeting to approve <br />these documents prior to our hearing on the eminent domain process (Rutzick property) scheduled for <br />October 8t1i. I would suggest we call for this meeting at 5:00 p.m. on October 7 '1' if we are not ready <br />by Wednesday evening. <br />We have also discussed the development agreement for the north side of Little Canada Road.
