Hanson www. ci.little- canada. mn.us CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FINAL STAGE PUD AND FINAL PLAT PROPOSAL: Request for a Final Stage PUD for a mixed residential and commercial development project consisting of 79 senior housing units and 14,000 square feet of retail space, and Final Plat for Village Square at Little Canada. The property in question is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD). APPLICANT: Sherman Associates 233 Park Avenue South, Suite 201 Minneapolis, MN 55415 PROPERTY LOCATION: Southeast Corner of Rice and Little Canada Road Little Canada, MN 55113 PLANNING COMMISSION: The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at their Thursday, September 12, 2002 meeting. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. CITY COUNCIL: Notice is hereby given a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request on Wednesday, September 25, 2002 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, September 12, 2002 and during the City Council meeting on Wednesday, September 25, 2002. Sign language interpreters for hearing- impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
