The building <br />materials for this enclosure should match what is being used for the building. <br />• Minor landscaping changes include replacing two Summit Ash trees along the <br />south parking lot with daylily perennials. Landscaping along Rice St. has been <br />moved closer to the parking lot, perhaps to accommodate the requested <br />pedestrian trail along the street. The proposal for the trail /sidewalk should be <br />verified with the applicants. <br />Townhouse Concept PUD <br />• Has remained primarily the same with the same number of units (51) and street <br />layout. <br />• Seven two -story townhouses line Little Canada Rd and one -story townhouse <br />units lie within the rest of the development. <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />In summary, the final stage PUD submission dated August 26th, 2002 is consistent with <br />what was previously submitted in the concept stages. Based on the submission to date, <br />the plan should be ready for planning approval for Final Stage PUD and final plat.
