There is value in having an on -site storm shelter, however the shelter must provide enough <br />space for the entire park population. The shelter would be included as part of the non- <br />conforming improvements, subject to the other regulations of Section 903.010 of the <br />zoning ordinance. The City's building official may wish to comment of the use of the <br />proposed structure for shelter purposes, and the expectations for the occupants that could <br />be accommodated within.
