entity including County, State, and Federation regulations which may apply to <br />this Agreement or Lessee's use of the concession stand. Lessee further agrees <br />to open and secure the building (including bathrooms) during times that the <br />fields are in use for scheduled games per a schedule provided to the Lessee by <br />the Parks and Recreation Director and to police the area for trash after each <br />event. <br />13. Assignment. This Agreement and its rights and obligations may not be <br />assigned by Lessee except upon the prior written consent of the City. <br />14. General Provisions.
