The Comprehensive Plan <br />states that this area is to retain a mixed -use character, including lower density <br />residential, office, and other lower intensity commercial uses. The R -B District is <br />designed to accommodate this mix of land uses. Single and Two - Family Residential <br />uses are permitted in the district, and office, limited commercial, and three or four -unit <br />residential buildings are Conditional Uses.
