Northwest Asphalt Maintenance has performed crack sealing in the City of <br />Vadnais Heights for the last seven years and they have been satisfied with their work. <br />This work was not included in the 2002 budget. Since we have not performed crack sealing in <br />the City of Little Canada for some years we are proposing a catch -up program amount not to <br />exceed $50,000 worth of crack sealing.
