MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 27, 2008 <br />The City Planner then reviewed the proposed new definitions for Outdoor <br />Storage, Outdoor Storage Bquipment, and Outdoor Storage Materials. He <br />pointed out the size limitations for utility trailers as well as the stipulation <br />that trailers used for continuous outdoor storage must be moved off-site no <br />less than 25 percent of the year. This will address concerns previous <br />discussed with regard to seasonal businesses such as lawn service <br />companies. The City Administrator suggested that the Outdoor Storage <br />definition be clarified to say "no trailer, including semi trailers may be <br />used to house...". <br />The Council felt that the draft I-1 District amendments were at the point to <br />be reviewed with the owners in the I-1 Zoning Districts. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-2-57 - CALLING A WORKSHOP MEETING <br />WITHALL OWNERS OF I-1 ZONED PROPERTY FOR THURSDAY, <br />MARCH 13, 2008 AT 5:30 P.M. TO REVIEW THE PROPOSED <br />STANDARDS FOR THE I-1 ZONING DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener recommended that the City Attorney review the language being <br />proposed for the I-1 District, the R-1 Dish~ict, and the Subdivision <br />Ordinance prior to final adoption. <br />SUBDIVISION Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-2-58 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26, 2008 AT 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S SUBDIVISION <br />ORDINANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />NUISANCE The City Administrator reviewed his report dated February 22, 2008 <br />ABATEMENT- recommending that the City proceed with a nuisance abatement for <br />122 DEMONT 122 Demont Avenue, Unit 274.
