MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 27, 2008 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-2-51-DIRECTING CITY STAFF TO <br />INFORM ON-SITE SANITATION OF THE CITY'S NON-RENEWAL <br />OF ITS DISPOSAL SITE USE PERMIT, AND REQUESTING A <br />PLAN FROM ON-SITE FOR THE CLOSING OFF/DISCONNECT <br />OF THIS D UMP SITE AS DETERMINED APPROPRIATE, WITH <br />CITY STAFFING BEING DIRECTED TO COMPLETE THE <br />DISCONNECT SHOULD ON-SITE FAIL TO DO SO <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2008-2-52 -REMOVING THE RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING COMPREHENSIVE ROAD AND TRANSIT <br />FUNDING FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-2-53 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF EVERGREEN HILLS DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ROAD AND Blesener noted that given the Legislature's actions in passing House File <br />TRANSIT 2800, it is no longer necessary to adopt a resolution requesting <br />
