Hanson <br />I have reviewed the Little Canada Road Paving and Amenities Project Pay Estimate No. 3 for <br />Sunram Consttuction, Inc. This pay estimate includes work for bollard and fence instaallation. <br />The City Engineer has inspected the work performed by Sunram Construction, Inc. and finds it <br />to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. <br />The total contract amount for this project is $240,681.38. The contractor has earned <br />$208,448.56, if you subtract previous payments of $147,963.03 and retainage of $10,422.43; the <br />amount due the contractor is $50,063.10.
