MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 9, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota originally set for May 7, 2012 and <br />continued to May 9, 2012 was reconvened on May 9, 2012 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor William Blesener reopened the continued Council meeting and <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the <br />City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />CONTINUED Mayor Blesener noted that due to the lack of a quorum on May 7, 2012 <br />COUNCIL the Council continued the meeting to this evening, Wednesday, May 9, <br />MEETING 2012. <br />MINUTES Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -5 -78 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 25, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />APRIL 25, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />BUCKTHORN Mayor Blesener reported that he received an anonymous letter from a <br />EXTRACTI- someone suggesting the City undertake a buckthorn removal program on <br />GATOR private property utilizing City crews. Blesener indicated that the City <br />cannot go onto private property to do this work, nor does the City have <br />adequate staffing to undertake such a program. <br />
