MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 9, 2012 <br />Blesener indicated that the City does have two buckthorn extractigators <br />available for residents to use. These can be borrowed at the City Center. <br />A deposit is required when the extractigator is borrowed, but that deposit <br />is returned when the equipment is returned. <br />AMEND CUP The Mayor noted that Lapham Hickey Steel has requested that their <br />& application for an Amendment to Conditional Use Permit for proof of <br />SUBDIVISION parking and Subdivision approval to consider the combination of two <br />3250 SPRUCE platted parcels at 3250 Spruce Street be tabled until the June 27, 2012 <br />STREET — Council meeting. The City has received a 60 -Day Waiver from Lapham <br />LAPHAM Hickey Steel. <br />HICKEY <br />STEEL Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -5 -79 — CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE LAPHAM HICKEY STEEL APPLICATION FOR <br />AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND <br />SUBDIVISION UNTIL THE JUNE 27, 2012 COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0).
