1. The design of the proposed garage shall be modified such that its height shall not <br />exceed 15 feet. <br />2. The exterior of the home be refinished to match the detached garage within a <br />reasonable time frame to be determined by the City Council as a part of the CUP <br />approval. <br />3, The applicant clarify whether or not a new or expanded driveway is proposed in <br />conjunction with the accessory garage construction. <br />4.
