The subject site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, <br />for the purposes of office, office - warehouse, showroom, and similar uses, <br />particularly those allowed in the Business Warehouse District. <br />The purpose of the request is to accommodate signage for new tenants, as well as <br />to provide a signage framework for future tenants that may seek occupancy in the <br />building. <br />The applicant is requesting a new wall sign of 32 square feet in area facing Country <br />Drive identifying a current tenant (Temo Sunrooms) as well as a series individual <br />tenant signs on the south side of the building facing Nadeau Road, each measuring <br />a maximum of 44 square feet in size. <br />Comprehensive Sign Plan Analysis <br />Section 903.110.E.5 of the Zoning Ordinance allows for signage equal to a <br />maximum of 15 percent of the building silhouette for multi- tenant buildings. The <br />aggregate area of the allowed signs may be distributed among the various building <br />tenants, as well as the allowed freestanding sign on the property. In the case of <br />7 <br />
