deemed appropriate by the City relative to the operation of the water system on Owner's property. In addition to the cost described in Paragraph 3 above, Owner will also be responsible for costs of lost water associated with any leaks in the water system located on the Owner's property which is not addressed by the agreement between the City and the City of Maplewood as set forth in Exhibit "B ". Owner agrees to grant the City the right to make any necessary inspections to determine the existence of each leak. Owner is responsible for all costs associated with the maintenance and operation of the water system on the Owner's property, except as set forth in Paragraph 5 of the Amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement attached as Exhibit "13". Any leaks or breaks in the Owner's system not the responsibility of the City of Maplewood pursuant to the Joint Powers Agreement attached as Exhibit "13" shall be repaired by the Owner within 24 hours of detection and notification of said leak or break. If Owner is not in compliance with this provision or made other arrangements with the City, the City reserves the right to shut off the water to the above described property until such repairs are complete. 7. Upon completion of main line piping and fire protection system, as -built drawings will be prepared and an infounational copy will be provided to both the City of Little Canada and the City of Roseville. 8. The Owner shall comply with all applicable ordinances and regulations relative to the use of the municipal water system.
