I-Iarnson <br />Mr. Morton had a meeting scheduled with the engineering firm today. I have not heard the results of that <br />meeting as of the writing of this memo. I will endeavor to get more current information prior to <br />Wednesday's meeting. <br />I am also attaching the pros & cons analysis Mark Ruff put together regarding the possibility of our <br />financing the construction of the office building for Mr. Morton should he be unable to meet pre- leasing <br />requirements of his preliminary mortgage commitment. (Our financing would be in place until such time <br />as he met the leasing requirements for financing.) <br />
