JAN -15 -02 TUE 04:02 PM PI PLANT RECEPTIONIST
1/16/02
City of Little Canada
Attn: Kathy Glanzer
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Mn, 55117
FAX Na 6123305743 P. 01
Subject: Boundary of local Wetlands south of Savage lane and north of Rose Place,
Little Canada Planning Commission,
This letter is in regards to the question of to what extent the boundaries of local
Wetland exist. As I have been informed by the Ramsey - Washington Metro Watershed
District, no wetland exist on the land that I am proposing for residential development
along Savage Lane. This information was communicated to me through several phone
conversation with Karl Hammers and documented in a letter that sent to me (Please see
attached letter). Karl has indicated that during building, impact to the Wetland to the
east needs to be minimized (such as installation of a temporary sediment fence).
Please review this information and comment if it is sufficient to clarify the boundaries of
the local Wetland Area.
Sincerely,
Gtwk N `a
Sam Roberto
1447 James Ave
St Paul, Mn, 55105
612 -330 -6353 ext 4467
