CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 902 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE <br />ADDRESSING ACCESSORY USE /BUILDING AND PRINCIPAL USE /BUILDING <br />DEFINITIONS AND ESTABLISHING SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING PERFORMANCE <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS: <br />Section 1 <br />Section 902.O10.A.1 (accessory building or use definition) is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1. Accessory Structure. A subordinate structure detached from <br />but located on the same lot as the principal building, the <br />use of which is incidental and accessory to that of the <br />principal building. <br />lb. Accessory Use. A use that: <br />1) Is clearly incidental to and customarily found in <br />connection with a principal building or use. <br />2) Is subordinate to and serves a principal building or <br />use. <br />3) Is subordinate in area, extent, or purpose to the <br />principal building or use served. <br />4) Contributes to the comfort, convenience, or necessity <br />of occupants, business, or industry in the principal <br />building or use served. <br />5) Is located on the same lot as the principal building or <br />use served. <br />6) May be located within either the principal building or <br />an accessory structure. <br />3 <br />
