MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 11, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the llth day of <br />December, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Tom Roycraft <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />ABSENT: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The November 13, 2003 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />CUP FOR Dick Boss appeared before the Commission requesting approval of a <br />GARAGE — Conditional Use Permit allowing a second garage as well as total garage <br />57 BRYAN space over 1,000 square feet. Boss reported that he has reviewed the <br />AVENUE — recommendations of the City Planner and would meet the 30 foot side <br />DICK BOSS yard setback from Boss Road. Boss pointed out that the most westerly <br />building on his property is actually smaller than indicated by the Planner, <br />and is 22 feet by 14 feet. Boss also reported that he is in support of the <br />vacation of 10 feet of Boss Road, which would resolve the fact that his <br />most westerly building straddles the lot line. Boss pointed out that the <br />right -of -way for Boss Road is 60 feet, and the City's standard for <br />residential roads is now 50 feet. With regard to the easterly building on <br />his property, Boss reported that it would be removed. <br />
