I- Ianson <br />Attached is a copy of the section of the Personnel Policy that prohibits the consumption of alcohol on <br />City premises, except during designated events as approved by the City Council. As you are aware, <br />the Holiday Party will be held at the City Center this year. Therefore, stair is recommending that the <br />Council approve an exception for this event. <br />
