Hanson <br />Staff is seeking direction from the City Council as to the specific performance action(s) relative <br />to the existing accessory building. As you know, we have existing citations that were issued on <br />August 19th for constructing a fence without a building permit and construction of an accessory <br />building without a permit. Neither matter has been resolved as of the date of this memo. <br />However, if we are to seek removal of the accessory building, a different approach may be <br />necessary. <br />The City Attorney will be prepared to discuss this with you at Wednesday's meeting. <br />
