Tuesday, October 07, 2003 <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Dear Council Members : <br />The purpose of this letter is to ask for an Amendment to the Old Fire Hall Use Policy. The Amendment would add <br />to the "Approved" group for use of the Old Fire Hall, the Little Canada Girl Scouts and the Little Canada Cub <br />Scouts. <br />The Little Canada Girl Scouts and the Little Canada Cub Scouts are non - profit youth groups led by trained adult <br />leaders from the City of Little Canada. Both youth groups contribute to our City of Little Canada. Examples of <br />community service projects and involvement include: <br />Assisting with the Corn Feed at LC Days <br />Trash pick up at LC Elementary/Ball Fields <br />Spooner Park Litter Pick -Up <br />Flower Planting on Little Canada Road <br />Trash Pick -Up on Reidmond Ave/ Dianna Lane <br />School Beautification LC Elementary — Front Entry, Courtyard <br />Escort at Kiddies Parade at LC Days <br />Participation at LC Days Parade <br />Periodic use of the Old Fire Hall by the Scouts is very helpful in the scheduling of meeting dates through out the <br />year.
