MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 13, 2008 <br />MINUTES <br />PUD <br />PERMITS, <br />COMP. SIGN <br />PLAN, AND <br />TEXT <br />AMENDMENT- <br />2905 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE - <br />TEMO <br />SUNROOMS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />March, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Ms. Kate Socha <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Jeff Helmeke <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kimberly Holien, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />Duray recommended approval of the February 14, 2008 minutes as <br />submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Socha. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />The City Planner reported that Temo Sunrooms, 2905 Country Drive, <br />is requesting the following: <br />PUD Permit for outdoor storage of three unscreened display <br />trailers; <br />PUD Permit for outdoor storage of an unscreened commercial <br />dumpster; <br />PUD Permit for outdoor display of a gazebo; <br />Comprehensive Sign Plan as part of a PUD application; and <br />Text Amendment to increase the maximum number of Massage <br />Therapy Principal Business Licenses to three (3). <br />
